Cancellations
- Should you decide to stay with us, we will require payment for your stay in full in order to secure your booking.
- If the booking is then cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 70% of the total cost will be refunded to your account. A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on all bookings.
- If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the booking will be 100% non-refundable.
- Any bookings made within 30 days of arrival need to be fully paid and are non-refundable.
- We would advise all potential guests to have in place their own insurance through a third party to cover property, vehicles and travel cancellation.
- Should Cwtch Glamping have to cancel a booking for any reason whatsoever, the company will be limited to a refund of the monies paid, or we will endeavour to offer alternative dates for your stay.
- After you have paid your deposit/balance, you may wish to change some elements of your holiday. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your wishes, this may not always be possible. Please contact us to discuss.
- If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please kindly give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
