Booking policy
- Strictly no dogs are allowed on site at any time, other than service dogs. This applies to guests and any visitors. Any person attempting to bring a dog onto the site (with the exception of service dogs) will be asked to leave immediately. In the event that your dog causes damage to the accommodation, the site or the alpacas, you will be liable to bear the full costs.
- Check-in times are between 15:00 and 22:00.
- Check-out is by 11:00.
- Poor behaviour will result in being evicted from the site. No refunds will be given. We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person or groups at any time during the stay whose behaviour is unacceptable.

- Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted and may lead to eviction from site.
- Please drive in a low gear whilst driving on site; the maximum speed is 5mph. In wet conditions please drive in a manner to prevent wheel spinning. Driving in a dangerous manner will lead to eviction from site.
- No commercial vehicles without prior notification. We reserve the right to refuse entry to commercial vehicles dependent upon capacity.
- This is a quiet site. Please respect fellow guests and our neighbours. No loud music and please keep all noise to a low level between 10.00pm and 8.00am. Anyone found damaging or defacing facilities or property will be evicted from site and prosecuted.
- This is a farm campsite. Please be aware that we have some uneven ground and alpaca droppings so take care when walking, especially in the dark.
- Household waste and recycling bins are provided in the shared area. Please use these in the manner intended and do not dispose of hot coals.
- We allow disposable BBQ’s but these must be raised up on bricks supplied; scorching of grass is not permitted. Please ensure these are fully extinguished. Please extinguish with water from the fire bucket.
- No fireworks or Chinese lanterns allowed.
- No flying kites onsite
- The flying of drones is prohibited on site.
- We regret that private generators of any kind are not permitted on site.
- We will not be held responsible for any personal injury sustained whilst on site.
- Please ensure to bring a torch with you as we try to keep lighting to a minimum.
- Please note you are welcome to use the shared facilities, but these are all used at your own risk and completely reliant on trust. We cannot be held responsible for items left unattended.
- All vehicles and equipment on site are there at your own risk and we won’t be held responsible for any damage to any property on site
- All units have a minimum 2 night stay.
- As this is a quiet site we may refuse bookings should they appear unsuitable for the property. In this event a full refund would be provided. We reserve the right to refuse admission on arrival if any aspect of the booking is misrepresented. A refund would not be given in the event of misrepresentation.
- The number of people staying in the unit must not exceed the number originally booked. Strictly no more than 3 adults are allowed to sleep in each unit. Please note that our campsite classes Children to be 18 and under.
- Cwtch Glamping Ltd reserves the right to refuse or ask any guest or visitor to leave whose conduct is believed to be detrimental to the property/site or disruptive to other guests and staff and no refund will be due. We also reserve the right to enter the property at any time.
- All advance bookings are subject to a booking deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost. Please see the cancellation policy for terms of cancellation.
- By making your booking, you agree to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the units in the same condition as it was at the start of the holiday (reasonable wear and tear excepted). Any costs incurred to repair or replace damages caused by guests will be reclaimed by Cwtch Glamping Ltd against the person making the booking. If extensive damage is caused through negligence or vandalism we will move to recover all costs.
- All properties abide by the No Smoking law. All facilities are strictly non-smoking. Please dispose of all smoking debris safely and use bins provided.
- We supply bed linen and towels to match your booking. Please note the accommodation is not serviced, we do not change your linen unless your booking is over 7 days.
- We reserve the right to charge for cleaning if the accommodation is returned in an excessively dirty condition. Huts and tents should be returned in a reasonable condition please.
- We cannot accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury occuring as a result of the alpacas.
